Points to note:

B. use tungsten steel tool with high precision, high rigidity and good Dynamic equilibrium. When the tool's deflection accuracy exceeds 0.01 mm, it needs to be improved before cutting.
C, when installing the tool, the longer the tool extends the chuck, the better. If the tool extends a long length, it needs to adjust the rotation speed, feed speed or cutting quantity to ensure the stability of the tool.
D, in the milling if abnormal vibration sound occurs, one by one adjust the spindle speed, feed speed or cutting volume until the situation improves.
E, if tungsten steel end mill must be used for direct Z-axis feed (end mill) , the spindle speed does not change but please use the above feed speed at 25% .
F, spray or jet cooling is the best way for milling steel. When milling stainless steel, titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloy, it is recommended to use insoluble cutting fluid for cooling.
G. in the case of poor rigidity of machine tool and workpiece installation, there will be vibration and abnormal sound between the workpiece and the machine tool.
